Tip of the Day: Stop Avocados from Browning

Here’s a tip from Martha Stewart on how to keep leftover avocados from browning: coat the cut side with olive oil spray, then wrap lightly in plastic. The spray prevents oxidation that occurs when the flesh is exposed to air, so the avocado will satay green for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
