A faulty refrigerator door seal causes humidity which causes food spoilage. You can easily check if you have a leaky seal by placing a dollar bill into the door half sticking out. If you can pull the bill out easily you may need some treatment! Wipe the seal down with soap and water. This will remove any dirt or crumbs. Then, apply a thin layer of Vaseline to rejuvenate a brittle seal and make it airtight again. Now the motor can do it’s job and not let the cold air out the door.
