Gold Medal flour, that has been sold in stores in 20 states that include Safeway, Albertsons, Jewel, Shaws, Vons, United, Randalls, and Acme between December 21, 2015, and May 3, 2016, may be related to a specific type of E. coli (E. coli O121) and has been recalled.
