If you purchased select Naked Juice products from 9-27-07 through 8-19-13 you are eligible to receive cash settlement from the Naked Juice Class Action Settlement. You can receive up to $45.00 without your cash register receipts or up to $75.00 with receipts. You must fill in and mail form no later than 12-17-13. all the details are on the form.
Barbara’s Bakery (makers of the Puffins cereal, Snackimals, and other cereal/snack foods) has a similar settlement for a class action based on “all natural” labeling of products allegedly containing GMOs and synthetic ingredients.
