Tip of the Day: Leftover Easter Wine is Great for Cooking!

If you have little bits of holiday wine left over after your feast, save it to add to your cooking later in the week. To prevent it from going stale and loosing it’s flavor try this: add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the bottle before storing in the fridge. The oil will sit on top of the liquid providing an airtight seal that will delay flavor-robbing oxidation.
