Tip of the Day: Red Numbered Digital Clocks Let You Sleep

If your digital alarm clock has blue numbers chances are you are losing sleep! Blue light stimulates you and may suppress your body’s production of melatonin (the sleep hormone). A better choice is a red numbered clock! So says Fordham University professor of chemistry, Joan E. Roberts.
