Shoppers be alert to circular prices that may mislead you into thinking the item is on sale. Just because it is in an advertisement doesn’t always mean it has been reduced. Try to know the “regular” price especially if there is no wording like “half-price”, “save 50%”, or “save $1.00”, etc. You may THINK you are getting a deal that really isn’t.
