It sounds like an oxymoron safe and killer in the same sentence! But it is! It’s safe for humans and pets, but not so much for the weeds! Mix 1 gallon of white vinegar (get any brand, cheap is good), 1/4 dish liquid, and 1 cup of table salt. Pour into a spray bottle. Spray the weeds making sure to saturate the roots. The acetic acid in the vinegar breaks down the plant cells and drains out moisture so the leaves will dry out. The soap helps the vinegar absorb better, and the salt dries out the roots to ensure nothing grows back!
