You can tenderize even the toughest cut of meat by steeping 4 black tea bags in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Then add 1 cup of double-strength beef stock (you can use store-bought or homemade). Marinate the meat in this mixture for 20 minutes. The tannins in the tea will break down the tough proteins in your steak so you can have a tender, juicy piece of meat.
