After time our hairstyling tools become caked with layers of hair spray, gels, and other products. An easy way to remove this gunk and residue is to turn your appliance on the low setting. Put on an oven mitt and carefully swipe a clean, unused dryer sheet over the warm plate surface. The grime and crud will be loosened by the heat so you can now scrub it away with the dryer sheet. You’ll be left with a clean tool.
