Tip of the Day: Trick to Adding Herbs to Recipes
It’s hard to chop and add herbs to your dishes. The stems get in the way. It can be easier to do if you slide the stem of the herb through a cheese grater and pull. This removes the leaves from the stem in one tug. Do several stems at a time, whatever fits. Now you will be left with the leaves that can be chopped or added to your recipe as they are!
