As Summer is winding down, our trusty beach towels don’t smell as fresh as they did! You can fix this for the rest of your beach days or before you pack up for next year by spritzing them with equal parts of water and hydrogen peroxide before tossing in the washing machine. This will kill the mildew spores that cause the odor. First test on dark colored towels so there’s no discoloration.
