Tip of the Day: Keep Wooden Skewers Ready for the Grill
We know that if we don’t want wooden skewers to burn on the grill they need to be soaked in water. A way to be ready on the spot is by keeping the skewers in a tall (about 12″) jar filled with water that is sealed. This will keep them soaked and ready for the grill for about 2 weeks so there’s no last minute soaking.
