Tip of the Day: Measure Sticky Ingredients Without Any Mess!

It’s always a challenge to measure honey, syrup, even peanut butter for your favorite recipe. It’s a sticky mess and you wind up having to wash gooey measuring cups too. Next time try adding all your dry ingredients into the mixing bowl first. Shake the bowl slightly so the mix is level. Now, nestle the cup or spoon, that you will be using to measure the tacky ingredients, into this dry mix to make the perfect size indent for the amount you will need. Now you can simply pour or spoon directly from the bottle into the crevice without any other mess!
