There’s a sale on bacon! But how much can you eat?? Here’s a very easy way to freeze bacon and have just the right amount as needed: roll each raw strip into a pinwheel. Place in a freezer bag. It will keep for 3 months. When you crave bacon, take out as many pinwheels as you desire (the rolls will stay separate so they’ll be easy to grab), thaw, unroll and cook!
