Tip of the Day: Solution for Using Extra Herbs

If you have extra fresh herbs from your last recipe or better yet, your garden, don’t toss them! Instead, chop and stir them into soft butter. Now, on parchment paper or wax paper, roll the butter into a log. Then wrap in plastic and freeze for up to 3 months. You’ll be able to enjoy your herbed butter slices on fish, potatoes, rolls, or veggies for the coming months.
