If you buy bagged coffee you know how quickly it begins to lose it’s flavor as soon as the bag is opened. Instead of keeping it in the bag, pour your coffee into an opaque, airtight container. Keep in a cool, dry place, not in the refrigerator because it’s too moist. You’ll get longer-lasting flavor from your brew.
