No matter how careful you are, when you replace the cap from your bottle of detergent it drips down the side of the bottle and sometime leave a ring on the shelf. If you get into the habit of throwing the cap in with the laundry it will come out clean as a whistle. REMEMBER: be CAREFUL not to throw it in the dryer with your wash because then you may have other problems!
