The gathering is over! There are some unfinished cans and bottles of cola left behind. Don’t toss these. Let them go flat, then sprinkle the beverage over your garden’s compost pile. The sugar in the dark cola will feed the good microbes which in turn hastens the composting process to deliver the organic fertilizer needed for your plants to thrive.
