If your patio furniture is looking grimy and you notice rust, you can spiff it up before the Father’s Day celebration by making a paste from equal parts of cream of tartar and lemon juice. Apply with a rag. Let it sit for a few minutes then wipe off with clean rag. You’re ready to entertain! If your plastic furniture needs help, squeeze a dollop of non-gel or baking soda toothpaste onto a clean rag and buff. The slight abrasiveness of the toothpaste will remove grass stains, dirt, and any other marks. Rinse off with a hose to remove any toothpaste residue.
