June usually means graduations, weddings, Father’s Day, and Summer fun. The year 2020 has different ideas in store for us! We are all living with social-distancing, home-schooling, an no ceremonies including weddings and graduations! Lots of get-to-gethers are held virtually so we can honor the students. Online shopping is still the main way to go, however, some local shops are having drive by pick ups. However you shop here  are are some places to save:

Men’s suits, dress shirts, and other men’s clothing will all be on sale. Look for specials, be sure to combine percent-off coupon codes to get the most bang for your buck.

For the Dad or Grad that’s into fitness, taking fitness to the great outdoors to work on their physique is the way to go. Shop for at-home equipment aids that will be on special.

National Fishing Week is in June too. Some states have extended FREE fishing longer than just the one week. You don’t even need a license. Check your state here.

Tools and power tools to give the handy Dad a helping hand will be on sale at hardware and big box stores. Don’t forget the lawn and garden tools too.

National Doughnut Day is Friday 6-05-20. You’ll get freebies and special values at local shops. Krispy Kreme stores has stated that this year has been tough, so let’s have more doughnuts. Instead of giving away FREE doughnuts only on National Doughnut, they decided to give away FREE doughnuts from 6-01 through 6-05. Dunkin’ Donuts will give you a FREE bite on Friday,6-0 5 and a FREE classic donut with the purchase of any beverage. On Saturday, 6-06 and Sunday, 6-0 7, get some celebratory donuts from Dunkin’ by placing a $10.00 minimum order from a participating Dunkin’ location through Grubhub. When you do, you’ll receive a FREE half-dozen of Dunkin’s donuts. To get in on the deal, make sure your order is $10.00 before tax, tip, and fees, and check that you’ve added the promotion from the menu into your cart. The FREE half-dozen deal is limited to one per order.

In the grocery store it’s all about the hot weather and barbecues. Many stores are starting to have better bargains in their weekly circulars. Be sure to clip your coupons ( I still predict better days are coming as far as coupons go) to save on ice cream and popsicles that will be on sale. Cheese will be on sale because June is National Dairy Month. Everyone gets thirsty in the warm weather so bottled water, iced tea mixes and bags, and soda will be at special prices.

Keep cool, stay safe, enjoy family and friends at a safe distance, and most of all, be healthy!
