Tip of the Day: Keep Celery Fresh Longer with a Coffee Filter

Celery can be a recipe addition or a snack. However, if yours is are like mine, the bunch wilts before I get to finish it. The fix: wrap washed stalks in coffee filters, then place in a sealed zipper plastic bag. Store in the refrigerator. The filters will absorb any moisture made inside the bag so your stalks stay crunchy and fresh.
