Tip of the Day: Heal Cracked Heels
Since many of us have extra time on our hands, a little primping might be in order. If your heels are cracked, and you are lucky enough to have an avocado, after you make your guacamole, use the hollowed out shells to rub on your heels. One minute per each. This lets the fatty acid residue from the fruit’s pulp get absorbed so it softens and hydrates the rough skin.
