Tip of the Day: No More Cakes Stuck In The Pan
Even though you’ve greased the pan, sometimes your cakes stick to it making a mess. To prevent anymore stubborn confections from adhering to the cake pan, try buttering your pan then chilling while you prepare the batter. This chilling gives the butter time to solidify so when you pour the batter into the pan the grease stays attached to the pan. Once the cake is baked and cooled it will slip right out.
