Tip of the Day: Revive Wilted Kale
If you weren’t able to eat all that kale you purchased on sale, don’t fret! Take that wilted and limp bunch to your cutting board. Using a knife or scissors, trim the stems at an angle. Now pop this bundle into a glass or vase filled with water. Place this bouquet in the refrigerator for a few hours. By angling the stems you helped them to absorb water which will help them to perk up.
