Tip of the Day: Baking a Water Bath Cheesecake?
If you want the creamiest cheesecake you know you should bake it in a water bath. However, before you start, you should make sure your spring-form pan is watertight, otherwise you’ll have a BIG problem! To ensure there are no leaks in your pan, use an oven-safe bag inside a baking dish, then , place the filled spring-form pan inside the bag leaving the top opened. Add water halfway up and bake according to your recipe. No water should be able to get in and dilute you cake.
