Tip of the Day: Athlete’s Foot? Soak in Cinnamon

If you have itchy feet due to athlete’s foot you can rid this fungus by soaking your feet daily for 20 minutes in a bath of 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 2 liters of warm water. The anti-fungal compounds in the spice will banish the itch. Continue until your symptoms subside.
