I’ve used this method for years, but felt it was timely to repeat it. When transporting casserole dishes, especially during holiday times this comes in handy, take 2 rubber bands. place one one the knob of the lid and stretch to hook on to the handle. Repeat this on the other side. Pots and covered dishes may slip and slide but they should not spill. Your side dish will arrive safely.
