If the gauge on your car’s engine temperature is rising due to the hot weather, turn the heat on for a few minutes! I know it sounds odd, but your car pulls warm air off the engine when the heat is turned on. If you are taking long car trips, you should do this for about a minute every hour of your trip. This will keep the engine running smooth.
