Tip of the Day: Save Cut Bell Peppers from Getting Soft

Many recipes call for only a half of a bell pepper. What a waste of the other half because it goes soft before we can use it. You can preserve the unused portion for several extra days by cutting what you need from the bottom half of the pepper. Keep the top intact, This lid houses the seeds which hold in moisture so the pepper will remain crisp.
