If you’re out of furniture polish or you want to put that bargain bag of spuds to work, try polishing your wood furniture with a clean potato that you cut in half. Rub the white side over the wood then wipe down with a soft cloth. The acids in the potato will cut through any oily fingerprints and the rubbing action will pick up any surface dirt and grime. Your furniture will look like new!
