Tip of the Day: Soften Brown Sugar

When you’re ready to make your favorite dessert you discover your brown sugar is hard as a rock, don’t fret! Wrap the entire lump in aluminum foil. Place in the oven at 300° for 5 minutes. The foil will trap the heat in the wrapped-up sugar which will cause the granules to separate. BE SURE TO USE IMMEDIATELY! It will harden again!
