Tip of the Day: Easy way to Boil Eggs for a Crowd
The next time you have to boil a dozen eggs at once, save time and space by using a muffin tin. Heat the oven to 325° and place one egg in each well of the tin. Bake 30 minutes then soak in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes to stop the cooking process. So if you’re making deviled eggs or egg salad you’re ready to go!
