Tip of the Day: Refrigerators Smell Sweet with Vanilla

If you’re out of baking soda and you want to refresh your refrigerator’s odors, you can eliminate them by soaking a cotton ball in vanilla extract. Place in a small bowl or cup and stash on a shelf in the fridge. Your baking staple will neutralize odors as it is a natural deodorizer. Every time you open the door you’ll get a sweet whiff.
