I love my Crock Pot! It’s great for cold weather days and warm alike. Sometimes, though, when you cook a pasta dish or the like, it comes out watery and bland. The reason for this is the condensation that builds up underneath the lid. To prevent this, simply place a kitchen towel lightly over the top of the cooker before covering with the lid. The towel will absorb the excess liquid and your meal will be perfect.
