Tip of the Day: Chill Before You Chop

The holiday season brings lots of cooking and baking. To make your job easier, chill meats and cookie dough at least 15 minutes before you have to chop it or cut up. Your knife with glide through your ingredients plus this will give you extra time for other chores.
