Tip of the Day: Cleaning Your Dishwasher
If you think your dishwasher cleans itself you are mistaken! Instead of buying pricey dishwasher cleaners, you can do it yourself once a month. First, remove the bottom rack of your empty dishwasher. Remove any gunk that has formed in the drain inside the machine. Fill anĀ upright dishwasher-safe bowl with a cup of white vinegar and place on the upper rack. Run through a hot water cycle. Then, sprinkle about 1/4 cup of baking soda across the bottom of the dishwasher and run another hot water cycle. This way your dishwasher will be holiday-ready for the extra loads you’ll be doing!
