Tip of the Day: Mess-Free Way to Collect Juices When Carving Poultry & Meat

Thanksgiving is coming soon. When you carve that turkey or any other poultry or meat, place your cutting board inside a largeĀ rimmed baking sheet (like a cookie sheet). This way the juices and the mess will be contained in the pan. It is also much easier to collect those juices if you are planning to make gravy.
