Tip of the Day: Grate Butter for Room Temperature Consistency

If your recipe calls for a stick or two of room temperature butter and you forgot to take it out of the refrigerator or just don’t have the time, grate it instead! The grating of the butter will soften those sticks so you’ll be ready to mix in a jiffy.
