Tip of the Day: Big Pill to Swallow?

If you have a hard time swallowing pills, especially those BIG horse pills, try this: place the pill on your tongue and take a sip of water, then tilt your chin toward your chest and swallow with your head in this position. The forward motion forces the pill to float toward the back of your throat, making it easier to swallow.
