Tip of the Day: Rid Grass Stains with Rubbing Alcohol

It’s Summer, grass stains happen. To remove those ugly green marks on your clothing or blankets, etc, first brush off any dirt. Then dab some rubbing alcohol over the stained areas. Let this sit for about 15 minutes then launder in cold water. If you have an extra large item such as a tent or other outdoor plaything that doesn’t fit in the washer, blot the stain until it lifts out. If you don’t have any rubbing alcohol handy, you can substitute white vinegar.
