Tip of the Day: Last Minute Way to Chill Wine

It’s a half an hour before your guests are due and you just remembered you forgot to chill the wine! 30 minutes is all you need! Simply wrap each bottle in a wet kitchen dish towel and place in the freezer. The moisture of the towel acts as a conductor to cool the wine to its ideal 50° in less than a half hour. Cheers!
