Tip of the Day: Need a Little Lemon Juice? Save the Fruit!

Rather than cut open a whole lemon for that little bit of lemon juice you need for your recipe, poke a hole into the skin of the lemon using a toothpick so you’ll be able to squeeze out your measurement. Then wrap the fruit in plastic wrap. It will be good as new when you need it again.
