Tip of the Day: Juicy Burgers Every Time
It’s BBQ time! Today is the first day of Summer! If you haven’t started grilling yet, when you do, you can make every burger juicy and delicious if you form the burger meat around a small ice cube. This is particularly helpful when using very lean beef or ground turkey. As the burger cooks, the ice melts and bastes the meat from the inside so they will be tender and moist each time.
