Tip of the Day: DIY Sunburn Soother
Hopefully, sunburn isn’t in your future! If you stay in the rays too long and you feel that uncomfortable pain, try steeping 2 chamomile tea bags in 2 cups of hot water. Pour into a spray bottle and chill in the refrigerator. Spritz on your hot, red skin as needed. The anti-inflammatory compounds in the chamomile will ease your pain and the cool liquid will feel soothing on your sunburned skin. It might be a good idea to prepare this before your day in the sun! It will keep in the fridge.
