Tip of the Day: Get Delicious Oven-Roasted Veggies by Pre-Heating Oil

If oven-roasted vegetables are on your holiday menu or for just a regular dinner they will be crispy and delicious if you drizzle the pan with olive oil and put it in the oven while it preheats. When its time to add the veggies, carefully take the pan out of the oven and pour them on the HOT surface. They will sizzle almost immediately and they will be crisp and tasty when finished. Toss often and watch them as they roast so they don’t burn.
