Tip of the Day: Prolong Cast-Iron Pan’s Life
If you love cooking with cast-iron cookware you can preserve and extend their lifetime by placing a paper towel on their inside surface before stacking with other pans in your cabinet. The reason cast-iron pans rust is because they absorb moisture in the scuffs and scratches that are caused by friction from the other pans. The soft paper towel buffers this friction. Replace towel as need after each use.
