The invention of non-stick baking spray gave us lots of freedoms: no more greasing pans, less calories, etc. However, with this convenience came greasy over-spray on our countertops. To nix this, next time, open your dishwasher and spray your pots or pans over the door. This will cause any excess grease to land inside the dishwasher and wash off in the next wash.
