If you are about to remove your family photo from it’s frame and realize it is stuck to the glass, try placing the whole frame in an unzipped plastic storage bag. Place this in your freezer for at least 24 hours. The cold will evaporate any moisture in the frame that has caused the photo to stick to it. You should be able to carefully remove your photo now.
