Tip of the Day: Scoop Accurate Baking Measurements with Duct Tape

Every good baker knows that a pinch of this or that is not the case when accurate measurements mean the difference between great cookies or mediocre ones. So for your dry ingredients like cocoa powder, baking soda, etc, if you place a strip of duct tape across the top of one end of the container (extend the tape’s edge so it forms a lip that you can slide your measuring spoon under). This will level your powder and you will have the perfect amount every time.
